Scope of service
Unified Silk Godo Kaisha gives general information and reviews documents on Japanese consumer contract and e-commerce rules. It is not a law firm: it does not give legal advice, does not represent clients, and does not write to or negotiate with a client's customers or any authority on their behalf. Where a matter calls for an attorney (bengoshi), we say so and leave that step to you. Photographs on this site are illustrative stock images; the people shown are not our staff or clients.

Display Obligations
What an online seller is required to show under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, and what is merely advisable.
Subscription Renewal Terms
Renewal mechanics, stop procedures, and the wording that keeps a recurring service defensible.
Delivery & Defect Handling
Where responsibility sits when a delivery is delayed, damaged, or does not match what was shown.
What Unified Silk does
Most disputes over online terms do not begin with a dramatic breach. They begin with a clause that was copied from another store, a renewal date nobody checked, or a return window nobody wrote down clearly. The work here is close reading — checking what a store actually says against what the law asks it to say, and against how the store actually behaves.
Reports are written as observations tied to the relevant provision, marked as either an obligation or a matter of practice, so a reader can tell the difference between what must change and what is simply worth considering.
